In the ‘location’ block, please type in “Sea Point” or “Claremont”, depending on which of our branches you would like to join. You will then be redirected to register your profile. 

Roaming between branches is enabled when you have credits on your account. Log into your home studio, click “Memberships” --> “Buy Credits” and once you have purchased a drop-in/ package of classes and refreshed your app, a drop-down list will appear at the top of your screen and you’ll be able to choose between our different locations. 

For our unlimited offerings, click “Memberships”. Once you’ve clicked “Memberships”, you can also click “Buy Credits” to browse our packages of 10 classes/ drop-in options. 

We are unable to take unpaid bookings. Payment has to be made in order to secure your space in class. 

You can pay via card on our app and all cards are accepted, including those linked to international banks. Your card data is encrypted and payments are processed by PayU. If you experience any problems with payments, please email orders@themovementlab.co.za

In order to join a waitlist, you have to have a credit on your account. That credit will not be used unless you’re added to the class. You can be added to a class from the waitlist up until 30-minutes prior to the class start time. When you’re added, you will receive a push notification and an email confirming your booking (if you’re opted in). If you can no longer make a class that you’re on the waitlist for, or if you book an alternate class in the same time slot, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged. 

In order to enable your push notifications, follow these steps: 

  1. Click the profile icon in the top left corner of your app
  2. Click the edit profile icon on the top right hand side of the screen
  3. Scroll down and tick the “push notifications” box

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy on all classes. If you cancel a class less that 12-hours prior to the class start time or if you don’t show up for the class, you will lose your credit. If you are on the Unlimited/ Subscription plan, you will be charged a R100 cancellation fee. 

We offer private training at both of our studios. To schedule a private, please email info@themovementlab.co.za and include what studio you’d like to attend and the days and times that suit you best. Please also include any injuries and additional information that your instructor should be aware of.
