PLASTIC FREE AND CARBON NEGATIVE
We ship all our products in the amazing Mielie Mailer – a local packaging alternative made from spoiled corn which is 100% compostable. We have also partnered with Tree-Nation to offset every delivery we make by planting indigenous trees – ensuring our entity is carbon negative, meaning we have a net effect of removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere rather than adding it.
Our courier company is Primetime Express, who are client-centric and committed to delivering your parcels swiftly, with care and love.
What are the shipping options?
You can choose to collect your package from our studios in Sea Point or Claremont. Our collection windows are every weekday from 8am – 11am. If you would like to collect out of the specified windows, please email jessica@themovementlab.co.za and we can set that up.
Alternatively, you can have it delivered to your door for R85.
Where does The Movement Lab deliver to?
We deliver throughout South Africa. We do not ship internationally yet but this is something we’re working on!
How long will my package take to arrive?
Shipping to all major centres in South Africa takes 2-3 business days. If you’re in an outlying area, it may take a little longer, but we will keep you up to date every step of the way.

RETURNS
BECAUSE SOMETIMES, SHIT HAPPENS.
We endeavour to make and source the highest quality merchandise and Pilates props that we have tested ourselves for years. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
We will accept returns on merchandise and props for up to 10 days after purchase, and provided that the items are in their original packaging and condition.

We unfortunately do not process any returns on Pilates class packages.
