EXPAND YOUR REPERTOIRE

INFORMATION

We welcome all Pilates and Fitness Instructors to learn and benefit from the STOTT PILATES, Zenga and Total Barre teaching methods with no prerequisites (i.e. these are not limited to certified instructors). With over 100 workshops to choose from, our introductory and continuing education workshops can supplement your current training and programming. They cover everything from the Fundamentals, Sport and Athletic Conditioning, Zenga, Total Barre, to Rehabilitation and special populations.

Workshops focus on expanding your repertoire with creative new exercises and effective variations of the classical repertoire. Bookings are done via email.

Sunday 28 April
Cost R600/workshop
Matwork Interval Training level 2, time: 9am – 11am
Zenga Fluid Conditioning with the mini Stability Ball (mat based), time: 11:30am – 1:30pm
Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer workout 2, time: 2pm – 4:00pm

Sunday 8 December
Cost R600/workshop
Total Barre endurance level 2, time: 9am – 11am
Toning Ball workout (mat based), time: 11:30am – 1:30pm
Prenatal Pilates on the Reformer, time: 2:00 – 4:00pm
