GROUP REFORMER

Our Reformer classes focus on endurance and core strength while improving the body’s stamina and agility. As the Reformer is an extremely versatile machine – we offer a variety of classes on it, ranging from beginner to classes aimed at the elite athlete.

Our beginner Reformer classes focus on an introduction to the machine and the grounding STOTT PILATES principles. The next level of difficulty in our Reformer classes is Reformer Flow – a steady paced class with breath at its core. Reformer Elevate is an intermediate, fast-paced class that challenges the full body. Our most intense classes are Dynamic Reformer and Athletic Reformer – both of which are music driven and guaranteed to make you sweat! Dynamic Reformer is a strength based class and Athletic Reformer is more cardio based – both providing a fantastic challenge to clients. It is recommended that you try a Beginner/ Flow/ Elevate class prior to joining a Dynamic/ Athletic Reformer class.

GROUP MAT

DYNAMIC CLASSES INCORPORATING A WIDE VARIETY OF PROPS

This class is guaranteed to develop ultimate strength and stability particularly through the core, including the lumbo-pelvic region. We work in all planes of movement to ensure that your muscles are lengthening and toning three dimensionally.

These dynamic classes incorporate a wide variety of props including: foam rollers, stability balls, arc barrels, spine correctors, stability cushions, toning balls, flex bands and fitness circles.

PRENATAL PILATES

A WELCOMING SPACE TO SOFTEN, BECOME PRESENT AND EXPLORE

Remain safely active on your journey towards motherhood. Prenatal Pilates classes will begin with breath work, followed by strengthening, lengthening and moving as much as possible so that you can experience tension-release and optimal health. The goal is to facilitate a holistic session, increased energy and adapting to a shifting center of gravity. Using modifications suited for every stage of pregnancy and incorporating the support of props, you will get the full benefits of a variety of exercises while keeping you and your baby safe.

This class helps you to prepare the body for the demands of labour by balancing strength and flexibility of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Prenatal Pilates will help you to build the strength to recover properly after delivery and allow you to return to your normal activities safely and often with more strength than before.

GROUP BARRE AMPLIFIED

This high-energy, endurance-focused class amps up the intensity by incorporating light props and even more neuromuscular challenge. Balance and strength exercises bump up the calorie-burning effects while clients are led through flowing, choreographed sequences aimed at keeping the heart rate elevated. For good measure, elements of athletic conditioning have been added to give you a full-body, energy-driven workout that amplify the results.
