OUR POLICY:

• We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes and 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments (privates/ semi-privates). If you cancel less than the specified number of hours before your session commences, you will be charged.
• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time, otherwise your slot may be given to a standby client from the waitlist. All classes start punctually and late-comers will not be allowed into the class. 
• Please wear socks to all equipment based classes for hygiene purposes.
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable (between clients/ package variations). All packages are active for their specified validity and cannot be extended. 
• The Unlimited Mat/ Barre package runs for one month starting from the date of your first class on the package. It cannot be paused, but can be converted to unlimited online if you are travelling/ unable to come into the studio for a period during the month.
• Please notify your instructor of any medical considerations including past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication that might require exercise modifications before the start of class.

• We have a strict no tolerance policy towards discrimination against anyone in the TML community including clients and instructors. Discrimination of any kind may result in termination of membership or employment.
