let’s talk about equipment:

Our classes are designed to be easily accessible and we even have an entire category of prop-free workouts for you to do on-the-go. If you are moving with us on a longer term basis, it is worth investing in a good set of props. They are excellent at expanding the repertoire and adding assistance/ challenge where needed. 

Our most commonly used props are:

Light hand weights (0.5 – 1.5kg’s), heavy hand weights (2 – 5kg’s), a long resistance band, a resistance loop, a small Pilates ball and ankle weights.

I’VE SIGNED UP, NOW WHAT?

Once you’ve created your profile and selected your subscription via the sign up links above, you can download our App from the App Store or if you’re on Android, the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, use the email address and password you just created on the sign up form – and voila! You’re in!
